Returns and Exchanges

We don’t accept returns or exchanges, as most of our items are made to order just for you. However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help!

Some products in our catalog are eligible for returns or exchanges. If a product qualifies, this will be stated on the product page.


Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at club520store@thevolume.com.

Please include:
• Photos of the item and any defects
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items. If your refund request is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, as each item is custom-made. If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, please refer to the sizing chart on the product page.

In rare cases where an item is mislabeled, contact us at club520store@thevolume.com within 7 days. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item — we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
